Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator for their Brisbane-based client in the industrial and manufacturing sector. You will maintain accurate product information, input data in Dynamics 365 and support operational reporting and processes.

Working across Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, you will analyse data, prepare reports in Excel and Power BI, assist with purchasing and inventory movements, and help improve data integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration, master data, purchasing or supply chain coordination role.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within an operational environment.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Exposure to Power BI, inventory management or product data will be highly regarded.
