Working with the General Manager, you will handle bank reconciliations, invoicing, orders and quotes, freight dispatch, and data management across ERP/CRM systems in a busy manufacturing environment.

• Maintain accurate order, product, and inventory data within internal business management systems.

We are seeking a career minded, experienced, proactive, and detail-driven Business Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our core daily administration, internal bookkeeping, and operational sales support. Working directly with the General Manager, you will be the engine room of our daily office functions. This role is ideal for a senior administrator or operations all-rounder who thrives in a hands-on environment covering everything from daily financial reconciliations and quote and sales processing to logistics dispatch coordination.

Key responsibilities

Perform daily bank reconciliations, customer invoicing, supplier bill processing, accounts receivable follow-ups, and month-end financial reporting support.

About you

Excellent telephone manner, customer service orientation, and clear written communication.

Strong attention to detail, job-costing accuracy, and multi-tasking skills.
