Port Stephens Coaches is seeking an organised Operations & Charter Coordinator to join our Sandgate Depot. This role blends daily transport operations with charter bookings and customer service to ensure services run safely, efficiently and on schedule.

You will coordinate drivers, respond to operational challenges, support scheduling and assist the Charter team with enquiries and bookings, while liaising with multiple teams to deliver smooth service.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication with drivers, customers and colleagues.
• High attention to detail in bookings and schedules.
• Solutions-focused and adaptable when plans change.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in transport or logistics advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily coordination of drivers, vehicles and transport services.
• Act as main contact for drivers; respond to operational queries and timetable changes.
• Support driver scheduling, rostering and timesheet administration.
• Assist Charter team with customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and transport arrangements.
• Coordinate charter bookings with customers to ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Charter, Workshop and Administration teams for smooth service.
• Support management of operational incidents and customer feedback.
• Undertake bus driving duties when required.
