Kangaroo Bus Lines in Brisbane's Enoggera Depot is seeking a Customer Travel Coordinator to join our Charter and Sales team. You will be a key contact for prospective and existing clients, delivering outstanding service throughout the charter booking process.

This full-time role requires professionalism, proactivity and strong organisational skills. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage client communications and provide administrative support across the division while building

Customer Service & Client Relations – Charter Bookings

Are you passionate about customer service and creating exceptional client experiences? Kangaroo Bus Lines is looking for a Customer Travel Coordinator to join our Charter and Sales team at our Enoggera Depot.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong, lasting client relationships. Occasional weekend work may be required in line with operational requirements.

The Role

As a Customer Travel Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional service throughout the charter booking process. You will support the Charter Bookings team by responding to enquiries, preparing accurate quotes, managing client communications and providing administrative support across the division.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
• Acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries and booking requests
• Responding to enquiries and assisting clients with their charter requirements
• Preparing accurate and detailed quotes for charter services
• Building and maintaining strong, professional client relationships
• Providing administrative support across the Charter Bookings division
• Assisting with document creation, management and data entry
• Supporting managers with a variety of administrative tasks
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately, professionally and within required timeframes
• Supporting general office functions as required

Experience within the transport, travel or charter industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
