Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the Toowoomba depot and support a busy, dynamic team. You will coordinate daily driver runs, manage scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and liaise with drivers and workshops to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasises safety, accuracy and customer service. A hybrid working arrangement is available, with a focus on reliable delivery support and proactive team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in logistics, coordination or scheduling.
• Proficiency in Google platform (desirable).
• People, relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for accurate and timely invoicing and reporting.
• Driver supervision and management.
• Scheduling daily runs, coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Processing runsheets and waste certificates.
• Monitoring driver fatigue and safety; liaising with workshop and manager regarding vehicle breakdowns and defects.
• Meeting customer demands and expectations.
