TCLH is seeking an Operations Administrator to support FIFO workforce coordination, remote catering operations and daily office tasks from our Bundall head office on the Gold Coast. • Support the Workforce, Catering and Daily Operational Teams.
• Coordinate travel, rosters and logistics for FIFO remote workforce.

• Prepare reports, track documentation, and assist with compliance processes.
• Liaise with remote site teams, managers and stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Operations Administrator to support our FIFO Workforce Coordination, Remote Catering Operations, and Daily Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

This position is based in our Head Office in Bundall, Gold Coast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Workforce, Catering and Daily Operational Teams
• Coordinate travel, rosters and logistics for FIFO remote workforce
• Maintain accurate data across systems and bookings
• Support catering operations administration and supplier coordination
• Prepare reports, track documentation, and assist with compliance processes
• Liaise with remote site teams, managers and stakeholders
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team

ABOUT YOU

• Experience or interest in AI efficiencies and systems (highly advantageous)
• Exposure to, or a strong understanding of FIFO and remote camp/village environments and operations (highly regarded)
