TCLH is seeking an Operations Administrator to support FIFO workforce coordination, remote catering operations and daily office tasks from our Bundall head office on the Gold Coast. Responsibilities

• Support the Workforce, Catering and Daily Operational Teams.
• Coordinate travel, rosters and logistics for FIFO remote workforce.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and bookings.
• Support catering operations administration and supplier coordination.
• Prepare reports, track documentation, and assist with compliance processes.
• Liaise with remote site teams, managers and stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team.
