Job summary

All Food Systems is seeking a dynamic Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. The role focuses on customer service, sales order processing, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will manage invoicing, print in-progress sales reports, handle customer queries, and support credit card payments and office supply management. Food industry knowledge is a plus and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Administrator in the food manufacturing industry or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process Sales Orders, product labels, delivery dockets, invoicing, and freight
• Answer customer queries in relation to orders and deliveries
• Maintain and print in-progress sales report, monitor.
• Work with dispatch to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Communicate with the COO and purchasing regarding customer make-to-orders.
• Arranging shipment of samples
• Manage delivery timeframes with transport to meet customer requirements.
• Manage credit card payments.
• Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
