Global Meats Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers. You will process orders, coordinate with production and transport teams, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience in customer service, customer support, sales administration, order processing, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional and friendly approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when entering orders and processing documentation.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to handle customer concerns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management systems.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer orders accurately through telephone, email, and online systems.
• Coordinate with production and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and account details.
• Handle customer complaints and product issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Process invoices, credit requests, and other administrative documents.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office administration tasks.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
