Superior Food Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane branch in Pinkenba on a full-time basis. The role involves handling inbound orders, data entry, order processing, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will also support sales teams with outbound calls, manage complaints, advise on product ranges and price trends, and perform general administrative tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a busy customer service environment, preferably in food service or FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone manners.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Proficient in using MS Office for data entry and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax.
• Keying in customer orders - Data entry.
• Creating and processing orders.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Conduct outbound Sales with new and existing customers and provide support to field sales team.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.
• General filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.
