Job summary

Flinders Rural and Remote Health NT in Darwin (Casuarina campus) is seeking a proactive Operational Support Officer to deliver high quality operational and administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health. You will coordinate conferences, events and stakeholder visits, and provide executive support to leadership staff in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

• Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management, meetings/conferences, and correspondence distribution.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates for efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors in line with university policies.
