Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. in Howard Springs is seeking a Desktop Support Officer – Site Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of customer environments and deliver high-quality onsite technical support across locations.

You will supervise a team of Desktop Support Officers, mentor colleagues, coordinate incident resolution, and build strong client relationships while maintaining security and records.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving technical issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software across Macs, PCs and mobile devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and liaise with staff and external vendors.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a track record of helping others.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules and work additional hours when needed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of customer environments.
• Deliver onsite technical support across locations, resolving issues promptly.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Macs, PCs, tablets, and voice platforms.
• Own day-to-day technology issues and liaise with third-party organisations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Desktop Support Officers.
• Provide training to enhance technical skills and stay updated.
