Job summary

FUJIFILM BI Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Team Leader – Document Services to join our Sydney team onsite. You will lead an established team delivering print, records and mail services, ensuring workflow efficiency and high quality client outcomes.

Based onsite with a major professional services client, the role runs 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday; you’ll manage priorities, coach staff, build stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience within digital print, records, mail, document services or a related technical service environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team in a customer‑focused operational environment.
• Strong workflow management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing and time‑sensitive requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
• Strong digital capability, including Microsoft 365 applications, with print production and workflow knowledge highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of four delivering onsite print, records and mail services.
• Manage daily workflows, priorities and resources to deliver against service expectations and performance measures.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a key onsite point of contact.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and customer service.
• Identify workflow improvements and support operational and client-led projects.
