Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking an Onsite Services Coordinator to deliver high-quality support for the day-to-day operations of our Managed Document Services (MDS). This 100% onsite role in Randwick reports to the Team Leader - Client Services and emphasizes proactive issue management and positive client experiences.

You will maintain the device fleet, manage consumables, and assist with asset management, aiming to maximise uptime and service quality across supported clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-focused environment or similar onsite support role.
• Candidate must be comfortable working 100% onsite at Randwick.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, timely support for day-to-day operations of Canon's Managed Document Services (MDS).
• Maintain device fleet to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage distribution and replenishment of consumables for all supported devices.
• Maximise device uptime through proactive monitoring and support.
• Log software-related service calls accurately and in line with processes.
• Assist with asset management and maintain up-to-date customer floor plans.
