Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia is seeking an HR Administration Lead based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will own the end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle and lead a small team to deliver accurate, compliant HR data and documentation.

Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will balance hands-on delivery with coaching the two-strong team, ensuring timely, high-quality service and continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning HR administration or HR operations delivery.
• Strong exposure to HRIS and payroll systems.
• Experience leading a small team and managing workloads.
• High attention to data accuracy, compliance and policy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a small team of two administrators.
• Prepare and review employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Serve as primary contact for HR queries from employees and leaders.
• Drive continuous improvements to processes and systems.
• Contribute to broader People function projects.
