Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking an Onsite Services Coordinator to deliver high-quality, timely support for Canon’s Managed Document Services. This 100% onsite role in Randwick reports to the Team Lead – Client Services and focuses on smooth service delivery and proactive issue management.

You will maintain device fleets, manage consumables, and escalate issues to protect service levels while working with a collaborative team in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous onsite support role experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, timely onsite support for Canon’s Managed Document Services.
• Escalate unresolved issues and risks to SLAs as needed.
• Maintain device fleet and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage consumables distribution and replenishment for supported devices.
• Monitor fleet uptime and support to maximise availability.
• Log software-related service calls accurately per customer processes.
• Assist with asset management and updating customer floor plans.
• Contribute to fleet optimisation and service improvement recommendations.
