Job summary

Winning Group in Australia is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join the Winning Services team at Kemps Creek Distribution Centre. You will be the central point of contact for customers, installers, 3PL partners and internal teams, ensuring deliveries, installations and returns run smoothly while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in customer support, administration, logistics or service coordination.
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
High attention to detail with data entry and system accuracy.
Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
ERP system experience (Navision or SAP) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer and partner enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
Scheduling and coordinating deliveries, installations, redeliveries and changeovers.
Managing orders, inventory movements and records in ERP systems (Navision/SAP).
Supporting DCs, transport and installation teams with accurate administration and communication.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
