Job summary

Winning Services Pty Ltd in Kemps Creek, NSW is seeking a DC Team Member for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will perform picking, loading, unloading, receiving and dispatch while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Prerequisites include LF forklift licence and LO order picker licence (desirable), plus warehouse experience and strong manual handling. A safety-first mindset and good communication are essential to the team.

Responsibilities

• Keep operations running smoothly: picking, loading/unloading, receiving and dispatch, manual handling

• Support with cycle counts, returns and general warehouse tasks

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report hazards
• Follow WHS/SWP procedures to keep everyone safe

What You’ll Do

• Keep operations running smoothly: picking, loading/unloading, receiving and dispatch, manual handling
• Move stock safely to storage areas and picking lanes
• Support with cycle counts, returns and general warehouse tasks

Shift & Pay

• Location: Kemps Creek 2178, NSW
• Base salary + Afternoon Loading (17.5%)
• Superannuation: 12%
• Free onsite parking

What We’re Looking For

• LF (Forklift Counterbalance/Reach licence) is essential
• LO (Order Picker licence) is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience preferred (bulky goods a bonus)
