Job summary

Amber Tiles is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its fast-paced Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and requires own transport.

You will work within a dedicated Customer Service Team, focusing on care, communication, and troubleshooting for customers daily. Key tasks include handling telephone and email inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and using the HARMONiQ CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high level of customer service via email, phone and in person.
• Hands-on with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to problem solve in real time.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities.
• High literacy and numeracy skills.
• Valid Australian work rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with telephone and email enquiries related to sales, inventory, orders and deliveries
• Identify the needs of our customers, even before they do
• Think on your feet to find a solution-based outcome
• Using our CRM (HARMONiQ) to answer a variety of web based and email enquiries
• Monitoring and coordinating the movement of product orders via freight partners
• Liaising with warehouse personnel and onsite support teams and management
• Produce sales orders, invoices, return authorisations and credit processing
• Assisting on daily manifests
• Physical stock checking and counting – must be confident and independent within the warehouse space
• Coordinate special requests from our customers and internal stakeholders
