Job summary

Concept Recruitment Specialists is seeking a customer service professional for a transport/logistics focused role in Kemps Creek, NSW. The position manages inquiries, orders, and coordination with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred), and attention to detail in maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication with inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Dynamics 365 would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and cases through Dynamics 365, phone and email.
• Process customer orders and account adjustments accurately and within required timeframes.
• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to coordinate deliveries and delivery time windows.
• Investigate missed deliveries, service issues and customer complaints, following through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, case notes and delivery information.
• Escalate complex enquiries and operational issues to the appropriate teams.
• Prepare regular reports and review data to support customer service performance.
