Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound and inventory operations from the Kemps Creek facility in NSW. The role focuses on ensuring customer service levels are met, acting as the liaison between customers and warehouse operations, and coordinating timely resolution of operational needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in logistics service delivery, strong Excel/data reporting skills, and solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience generating reports and managing data accurately.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customer enquiries including inbound, outbound, inventory and launches.
• Provide timely updates to customers on orders, deliveries and changes.
• Coordinate between customers, Key Accounts and Operations to meet SLAs.
• Communicate customer requirements to warehouse operations for prompt action.
• Process work orders in the WMS and input production requests.
• Generate daily/weekly/adhoc reports from WMS and track key metrics.
• Track contractual KPIs and report to billing for accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate and expedite priority inbound/outbound shipments for launches and urgent needs.
• Attend weekly customer meetings to discuss service levels and upcoming needs.
