Qualifications

• 2+ years experience delivering Level 1 IT support, service desk, or field tech assistance.
• Proficiency with Windows devices, PC hardware, MS Office, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using standard ticketing tools and triaging incidents.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and escalate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for technical enquiries onsite.
• Log, triage, and manage incident priorities under time pressure.
• Set up, configure, test, and decommission field devices and equipment.
• Resolve routine issues with user logins, password resets, and software errors.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking records for deployed equipment.
