Job summary

Compnow in Melbourne is seeking detail-oriented IT Technicians to support the deployment, configuration, and installation of hardware and software across client and internal environments.

You will image devices, deploy software, and perform on-site setup for desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices, with travel to client sites in Melbourne. A certificate or higher IT qualification and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or completed a Certificate or higher course related to Information Technology.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service, retail and/or operations role.
• Able to travel onsite to Melbourne sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy hardware and software across client or internal environments.
• Perform device imaging, software deployment and component installation.
• Assist with deploying, imaging and decommissioning bulk computer spaces.
• Undertake onsite delivery, device setup, data transfer and cabling as needed.
