Job summary

Minerva Foods Australia is seeking an experienced Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our team. This full-time onsite role provides frontline IT support across enterprise IT and OT environments, including end-user support, server and workstation maintenance, and incident resolution.

You will log incidents, assist with system upgrades, manage Microsoft 365 and ERP support, and collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline (or working towards).
• Minimum two years’ experience in an IT support or technical role.
• Experience supporting operational technology or multi-site environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
