Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering level 1st & 2nd IT support.
• Proficient with Windows OS, AD, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, Intune and Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Experience with MSP or Consultancy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st & 2nd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
• Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve IT issues within the Helpdesk.
• Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
• Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience of providing level 1st & 2nd IT support.
• Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Azure, Veeam, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
• Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly regarded.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
• A current driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
