Job summary

HR Partners is seeking an autonomous IT Support Analyst for our Sydney CBD office on a 6-month initial contract. You will be the key onsite IT presence, handling L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end while maintaining daily IT operations across hardware and cloud systems.

The role requires strong customer service, exceptional communication, and thorough documentation. Onsite work five days a week in Sydney CBD is expected for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support role.
• Strong hands-on experience across M365, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Exceptional face-to-face communication, customer service, and process documentation skills.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Sydney CBD.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.

About the Role

Key Technical Focus

• Microsoft 365: Administration, licensing, and day-to-day user troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Intune: Endpoint device management, app deployment, and policy configuration.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory: Identity management, user onboarding/offboarding, access rights, and group administration.
• Windows OS: Troubleshooting and support for Windows 10 and 11 endpoints.
• Hardware & Support: Laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and ITSM ticket lifecycle management.
