Job summary

Reflex Technology Group seeks an ICT Support Officer to join an onsite team at a secondary college in Adelaide. You will deliver onsite technical support, manage incidents, and help end users with technology.

The role requires 3 years of Level 1/2 school IT support, strong Windows/Mac knowledge, and familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Google/Microsoft 365. Salary range is 70,000–82,000 AUD plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Level 1/2 school-based IT support.
• Strong experience with Windows and Mac devices.
• Knowledge of wireless networking and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Schoolbox and FACTS preferred.
• Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Group Policy familiarity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting to staff and students.
• Log incidents in ticketing system; assess severity and priority.
• Build relationships with ICT Manager, clients and RTG team.
• Develop documentation and training materials for end users.
• Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements.
