Job summary

Minarah College in Sydney NSW is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join our K–12 College. This full-time, permanent role provides responsive technical support to staff and students, helping operate ICT systems, devices and digital learning tools.

You will manage 1:1 devices with MDM (Intune/Autopilot), support Microsoft 365, Azure, networks and classroom technology, and work closely with the ICT team to deliver high-quality ICT services in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Experience in ICT support within schools is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Intune, and devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and classroom tech.
• Knowledge of school ICT systems like Sentral or Papercut is desirable.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support for staff and students.
• Manage 1:1 student devices with MDM tools (Intune, Autopilot).
• Maintain wired/wireless network infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 users.
• Support digital learning platforms (Teams, SMART Boards, Lumio).
