Job summary

Compas PTY in Canberra is looking for a Helpdesk & Data Support Officer to join a busy onsite team on a fixed-term contract from 24 August 2026 to 9 October 2026, with a possible 1‑month extension. A current Baseline clearance is required.

You will respond to helpdesk calls and emails, troubleshoot basic system issues, perform data analysis and quality assurance, and escalate complex problems to the Team Leader. Strong communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Respond to helpdesk calls, emails and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and resolve straightforward user requests.
• Perform data analysis, validation and quality assurance on datasets.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the Team Leader as needed.
