Job summary

Compas PTY in Canberra is looking for a Helpdesk & Data Support Officer to join a busy onsite team on a fixed-term contract from 24 August 2026 to 9 October 2026, with a possible 1‑month extension. A current Baseline clearance is required.

You will respond to helpdesk calls and emails, troubleshoot basic system issues, perform data analysis and quality assurance, and escalate complex problems to the Team Leader. Strong communication and organisation are essential.

Baseline Cleared | ACT Join a busy onsite support team delivering responsive helpdesk assistance, system troubleshooting and data quality support. This contract is ideal for a customer-focused professional who can resolve straightforward enquiries, work confidently with data and stakeholders, and escape more complex technical issues when required.

ACT | Onsite Contract Duration: 24 August 2026 to 9 October 2026, with a possible 1-month extension Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required Closing Date: 10.00am, 11 August 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Respond to helpdesk calls, emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
