Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd, a Canberra-based recruitment and services firm, is seeking a Project Support Officer to assist a major government digital health delivery program. You will coordinate projects, prepare dashboards, manage governance artefacts and support stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong coordination, experience with ICT/digital delivery, and excellent written communication. The contract runs from 1 September to 30 June 2027 with Baseline security clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate projects with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting ICT or digital delivery projects.
• Strong written communication for reports and briefings.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling and coordination, including plans, RAID logs and governance artefacts.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and briefing materials, and coordinate governance meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Assist with financial monitoring, procurement, onboarding and contractor engagement activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders, identify and elevate risks and issues, and support continuous improvement.
