Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an EUC Technical Specialist to deliver frontline desktop support across our Angaston operations, resolving hardware, software, and system issues with a focus on efficiency and customer service. This role is based on-site at Angaston (Vicpac) with occasional days at the Hutt Street Office.

You will manage tickets in ServiceNow, deploy desktop hardware, and ensure AV systems in meeting rooms are up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in desktop support with Windows OS, AD, and Endpoint Management.
• Strong hardware, peripherals, and meeting room AV troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric, calm under pressure, and a team player.
• Experience managing incidents and requests within SLA frameworks (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline desktop support across in-person, phone, email, and ticketing channels.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests within SLAs.
• Deploy and support desktop hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Audit meeting room technologies and troubleshoot real-time issues.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors.
• Maintain asset and configuration records across the business.
