Job summary

The Aquarium in Melbourne is seeking IT Support Admins to join a large-scale Victoria rollout. The contract runs September to December, paying $50/hr inclusive of super, full-time Mon-Fri with travel across the state.

You'll deploy and configure laptops, mobiles and tablets using Microsoft Intune, manage enrolment and compliance, provide face-to-face end-user support, and keep ticketing and asset records up to date in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and onsite support.

A leading national utilities provider is rolling out a major end user technology upgrade across Victoria, and we're looking for several IT Support Admins to join the deployment team on the ground.

In this role, you'll be the face of the rollout for staff — setting up new devices, resolving issues on the spot, and making sure the transition to new technology is smooth across a range of sites.

This is a great fit if you like hands-on, people-facing IT work and want to be part of a large-scale project with real impact.

• Starting September, running through to end of December
• $50 per hour, inclusive of super
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Large-scale national technology rollout
• Some travel required across Victoria

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Background in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside/EUC Support or Service Desk
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune (enrolment, config profiles, compliance policies)
• Solid troubleshooting ability paired with strong customer service
• Ability to thrive in a busy, onsite, fast-moving environment
• Confidence supporting Windows devices
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel around Victoria
