Job summary

NRI Holdings is seeking an IT professional to deliver high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites in Brisbane. You will resolve incidents, assist users with day-to-day technology needs, and ensure smooth operation of Windows environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with imaging hardware, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and SCCM, plus ITIL practices and ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow. Travel between sites and a valid driver’s licence are required.

• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and ITIL practices.

You will bring

• Proven experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments
• Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
• Printer troubleshooting experience
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• ITIL practices

• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week

• Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel between sites required)
• Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid QLD blue card (working with children clearance)
