Job summary

NRI Holdings is seeking an IT professional to deliver high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites in Brisbane. You will resolve incidents, assist users with day-to-day technology needs, and ensure smooth operation of Windows environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with imaging hardware, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and SCCM, plus ITIL practices and ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow. Travel between sites and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in EUC and desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments.
• Experience imaging hardware and laptops.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with customers and document work.
• Travel between sites and work onsite 3 days per week.
