Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Australia is seeking an experienced Deskside Technician – EUC to provide onsite support at corporate locations, troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user computing devices and peripherals.

You will work with end users, remote teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve incidents within SLAs, perform imaging, deployment, and AV/meeting room support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Deskside/Desktop/EUC support.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management processes.
• Experience providing VIP/Executive support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 deskside support and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, upgrade, repair and maintenance.
• Support imaging, deployment, and kitting of new devices in coordination with teams.
• Log, track and close incidents in the ITSM tool and communicate with stakeholders.
