Responsibilities

• EU C SME responsible for desktop support and migration activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation of the current environment.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS and applications.
• Monitor performance of computer systems and address issues.
• Provide software reconfigurations support for function customization.
• Test software performance for end users.
• Coordinate tasks with Site Support teams.
