Qualifications

• Two or more IT certifications from the list.
• Experience with Windows OS deployment and printer support.
• Ability to configure devices and test deployments per manuals.

Responsibilities

• Handle Windows 7/8/10 PC OS deployment and troubleshooting.
• Install hardware and software including SCCM deployments.
• Configure devices (OS/apps) per manuals and perform function tests.
• Unbox devices and perform DOA processing.
• Collect device information (MAC, model, SN).
• Connect devices to warehouse network and physically install devices.
• Support Go-Live changes from INT to PROD.
• Printer setup and testing.
