Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, peripherals, and office applications.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as SCCM.
• Basic knowledge of AD, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM.
• Experience in end-user computing and hardware/software deployment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
