Concentrix Ballarat is hiring Customer Service Specialists to join our team at the Ballarat delivery centre. Start date 23 February 2026. Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities with Monday–Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday 9am–5pm for digital team.

Earn $28.12 per hour plus super, penalties, and performance incentives. Comprehensive paid training, onboarding and ongoing coaching ensure you are fully equipped to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service across channels.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor responses.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer service and account management.
