Black Bear Fulfilment in Melbourne, VIC is hiring a Client Operations Coordinator to own the delivery of client requests from land to ship. You will sit between clients and the warehouse floor, plan requests, direct the labourers, keep things on schedule and inform clients as work progresses.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation and communication skills, with experience coordinating tasks or teams.

• Background or qualification in business, administration or related field with coordinating experience.
• Warehouse, logistics or 3PL experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling and planning: Set timelines for client requests and warehouse tasks.
• Running the floor team: Direct and support labourers through the day so work is completed on schedule and to the client's spec.
• Client and vendor communication: Be the main point of contact between the warehouse, and certain clients. Confirm requirements, give clear updates and close the loop.
• Progress tracking: Monitor work as it moves through the warehouse, catch delays early and clear bottlenecks before the client feels them.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of task timelines, meeting notes and status reports so nothing relies on memory.
• Resource support: Help manage workload, order supplies and make sure the team has the tools and materials they need when they need them.

What you will bring

• Organisation: Strong multitasking and time management. You can hold several client requests at once without dropping any.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for client updates, team instructions and status reports.

• Tech literacy: Comfortable with office software, spreadsheets and scheduling tools. You pick up new systems quickly.

• People skills: Able to direct a team on the floor, set expectations and keep things calm when the day gets busy.

• Education and experience: A background or qualification in business, administration or a related field, plus relevant experience coordinating tasks or teams. Warehouse, logistics or 3PL experience is a strong advantage.
