Job summary

FS.COM PTY LTD is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant in Dandenong South to join our growing logistics team. You will handle daily operations, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with ERP/PDA systems, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Forklift license is preferred; permanent full-time role with a global company is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiar with ERP or PDA systems and basic PC operation.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Stable full-time employment with a growing global company.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, sorting, picking, inspection, and packing for timely delivery.
• Check and update inventory in ERP and PDA systems for data accuracy.
• Support transfer orders, direct delivery orders, and procurement processes.
• Conduct re-inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (license preferred) for loading/unloading.
• Process returns and exchanges; record shortages or damages.
• Maintain 6S standards and keep the warehouse clean.
• Support regular stocktakes and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
