Job summary

Peter Sadler Removals and Logistics in Victoria is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our 3PL site, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will own people, processes, inventory and cost performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching Supervisors and floor teams across shifts, driving continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy and safety while delivering to agreed SLAs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including multi‑shift oversight.
• 3PL or multi‑client experience with SLA/KPI delivery.
• Forklift licence and supply chain qualification preferred but not required.
• Strong WHS knowledge and proactive safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Plan and oversee all inbound, storage, pick, pack and dispatch operations across shifts.
• Forecast labour and equipment needs, and manage rosters through peak and seasonal periods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and variance investigations.
• Act as the site‑level contact for 3PL clients, delivering to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop Supervisors, Team Leaders and warehouse staff to build a high‑performance team.
• Manage the site budget, labour costs and productivity, and report on site performance.
• Drive process improvements, maintain SOPs, and support the onboarding of new clients.
