Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor/Coordinator to lead from the front in a modern, highly automated warehouse in Mulgrave, Victoria. The role involves coordinating workflows, ensuring stock accuracy, and delivering exceptional service across wholesale, trade and e-commerce channels.

You will supervise a small team, manage stock through cycle counts, and drive efficiency with WMS and related systems. Local candidates with forklift/W walkie experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and support a small warehouse team, including casual staff during peak periods.
• Manage stock accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory control processes.
• Allocate daily priorities to meet order deadlines across multiple customer channels.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, containers and supplier shipments.
• Manage freight bookings and relationships with transport providers.
• Oversee returns, warranty claims and damaged stock processes.
• Maintain warehouse organization, housekeeping and safety standards.
• Utilise WMS and inventory systems to process transactions accurately.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Work closely with customer service, purchasing and management teams.
