Job summary

Pro AV Solutions in Canberra is seeking a Concierge to be the primary onsite contact for AV support in a high-security environment. You will deliver first-line troubleshooting, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with meeting setups and live events.

This on-site role requires PV security clearance and experience in AV support within corporate or secure settings. You will work with leading display and conferencing systems and maintain documentation while delivering professional customer

Qualifications

• PV security clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Experience providing AV support in secure/corporate environments.
• Understanding of defence or secure agency operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line onsite AV support and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software faults with internal teams.
• Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Support meeting setups, live events and conference calls.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for escalated issues.
• Deliver professional service experience to onsite users.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and support materials.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in AV service delivery.
