Job summary

Talent Corp, in partnership with a leading electrical and technology services provider, seeks an experienced AV Concierge / Onsite AV Support Specialist to support a major financial services organisation in Sydney CBD.

Based onsite in a large corporate facility with 85+ meeting rooms, you will own AV operations, troubleshoot Cisco video conferencing, and deliver a high-quality user experience for senior stakeholders, while maintaining proactive maintenance and efficient incident response.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV concierge and technical support across a large corporate environment with 85+ meeting rooms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to executives, employees and visitors, ensuring seamless meetings and conferencing.
• Support, operate and troubleshoot Cisco video conferencing systems and associated AV technologies.
• Conduct proactive daily checks of meeting rooms, conferencing equipment, displays, microphones and control systems.
• Assist with setup, testing and operation of video conferences, presentations, executive meetings and corporate events.
• Respond promptly to AV incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues with minimal disruption.
• Take ownership of onsite AV support requests, prioritising workloads and managing issues independently.
• Liaise with internal IT teams, external vendors and technical specialists to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain meeting room readiness, equipment standards and professional presentation across AV spaces.
• Identify opportunities to improve AV reliability, user experience and onsite support processes.

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading electrical and technology services provider to recruit an experienced AV Concierge / Onsite AV Support Specialist to support one of Australia's major financial services organisations in the heart of Sydney CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically capable, customer-focused AV professional who enjoys working in a premium corporate environment, taking ownership of onsite AV operations and delivering exceptional service to senior stakeholders.

Based onsite within a large commercial facility featuring over 85 meeting rooms, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless meeting experiences, reliable audiovisual technology and responsive technical support across the business.

This is a highly autonomous, client-facing position suited to someone who is confident managing competing priorities, troubleshooting AV issues and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated onsite AV concierge and technical support across a large corporate environment with 85+ meeting rooms.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong hands‑on experience supporting Cisco video conferencing technologies, including Cisco Webex and conferencing endpoints.
• Experience troubleshooting meeting room AV systems, displays, audio equipment, microphones and conferencing solutions.
• Familiarity with Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms or other enterprise AV platforms will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and business stakeholders in a professional, customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
• A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple meeting rooms, support requests and competing priorities.
• A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a high‑quality user experience.

Experience within financial services, professional services or another large enterprise environment would be advantageous.
