Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking an Audio Visual Officer to provide reliable AV and video conferencing support across a government environment. This onsite role in Canberra requires current NV1 clearance and involves managing meeting spaces, configuring rooms and coordinating vendor support to ensure seamless meetings and events.

You will triage incidents via ServiceNow, prioritise requests, communicate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality AV services under pressure across competing priorities.

Audio Visual Officer | AV & Video Conferencing

Support reliable audio visual and video conferencing services across a complex government environment, managing meeting spaces, resolving AV incidents and coordinating vendor support. This role is onsite in Canberra.

Location: ACT

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Contract Duration: ASAP to 30 June 2027, with up to two 12-month extensions

Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance

Closing Date: 1 October 2026, 11:59pm Canberra time

Essential Tasks

• Manage AV equipment and meeting spaces to ensure reliable meeting and presentation services.


• Configure rooms and provide AV and video conferencing support for meetings and events.
