Job summary

Compas PTY seeks an Audio Visual Officer to support reliable AV and video conferencing across a complex government environment. You will manage meeting spaces, configure rooms, and coordinate vendor support, with on-site duties in Canberra.

You will triage and resolve AV requests and incidents via ServiceNow and other channels, engage stakeholders, and work under pressure to deliver high‑quality presentations and collaborations.

Qualifications

• AV and video conferencing support experience in corporate or government environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across AV systems and collaboration technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage AV equipment and meeting spaces to ensure reliable meeting and presentation services.
• Configure rooms and provide AV and video conferencing support for meetings and events.
• Triage, prioritise and resolve AV requests and incidents through ServiceNow and other channels.
• Coordinate external AV vendors for specialist support and escalated technical issues.
