Job summary

Compas PTY seeks an Audio Visual Officer to support reliable AV and video conferencing across a complex government environment. You will manage meeting spaces, configure rooms, and coordinate vendor support, with on-site duties in Canberra.

You will triage and resolve AV requests and incidents via ServiceNow and other channels, engage stakeholders, and work under pressure to deliver high‑quality presentations and collaborations.

Qualifications

• AV and video conferencing support experience in corporate or government environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across AV systems and collaboration technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Support reliable audio visual and video conferencing services across a complex government environment, managing meeting spaces, resolving AV incidents and coordinating vendor support. This role is onsite in Canberra.
