Job summary

Talent is seeking an AV Concierge / Onsite AV Support Specialist to act as the primary on-site resource for a major financial services client in Sydney CBD. You will own AV operations, troubleshoot Cisco systems and deliver premium service across 85 meeting rooms in a premium corporate facility.

You will work with senior stakeholders, coordinate with IT and vendors, and drive improvements in reliability and user experience. An autonomous, client-facing role in a prestigious environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco video conferencing technologies (Webex and endpoints).
• Experience troubleshooting meeting room AV systems and conferencing solutions.
• Familiarity with Crestron or Teams Rooms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV concierge and technical support across 85+ meeting rooms.
• Deliver excellent service to executives, employees and visitors for seamless meetings.
• Support, operate and troubleshoot Cisco video conferencing systems and AV tech.
• Conduct daily checks of rooms, displays, microphones and control systems.
• Assist with setup and operation of video conferences and events.
• Respond promptly to AV incidents and resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Prioritise and manage onsite AV support requests independently.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors and specialists to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain readiness and professional appearance of all AV spaces.
• Identify opportunities to improve AV reliability and user experience.
